Laura Harris-Butkus is the founder of Rose Hope with a passion for helping animals in need. Inspired seeing felines abandoned, needing love, care and compassion she wanted to make a difference. Making a  a difference for felines who have special needs, such as those who are senior, behaviorally challenged or medically challenged. Our main foster home is a 16 room Victorian house referred to at the “House of Hope” and is home to “special needs” animals.

Laura is experienced with TNR, having rescued cats and kittens from a local areas. We hope others will assist these special ones deemed “unadoptable” that will hopefully serve to inspire others to act on behalf of animals as well.
